HAY, how art you? It is nearly the end of the year, and an annual review is in order. Since I had quite a few pages left in my bullet journal, I decided to set up a few journal spreads to wrap up the year. To accompany the spreads, I made a free printable kit which consists of journal prompts, photo frames and quotes. You can find the download link at the end of this article. If you are interested in these year-end journaling ideas, keep reading!

Year-End Journaling Ideas Video
Check out the following video to watch the setup process of these spreads!
The first year-end journaling idea is making a spread to document the top ten highlights of the year. The layout of this spread is simple, with five boxes on each side which can be used to write about the highlight moments. I created two simple collages at the top of each page using the printable prompt as well as a quote cutout, and violà , the spread is completed.Â
Year-End Journaling Ideas #2: Gratitude Spread
The second journaling idea is a gratitude spread. On the left, I made a little pocket using vellum paper to hold an envelope which contains a gratitude list. You can find the template for the envelope and gratitude list here!
On the right, I layered a few textured papers and lettered a gratitude quote using a brown Pentel brush sign pen. The spread looks simple and clean and I love how it turned out!Â
Year-End Journaling Ideas #3: Favourite Stuff
The third year-end journaling idea is making a spread to record all your favourite stuff from the year. I used two checkered memo sheets, one for digital favourites like movies, dramas and music, and one for lifestyle stuff like food, stationery, and everything else. To add a personal touch, I printed out photos using a Kodak Mini Shot 3 instant photo printer, and added them to the spread.Â
Free Journaling Kit – Annual Review & Wrap-Up
The last free printable for the year is this annual review and wrap-up journaling kit! The journaling prompts can be cut out and used as headers on the spreads, and photos can be pasted on the faux Polaroid frames to decorate your journal pages.Â
