HAY, how art you? I have been wanting to make a museum theme for the longest time. Since I received some museum-theme stationery from Stamprints recently, this month is the perfect month to work on this theme using those goodies. If you love artwork from Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, etc, keep scrolling to see more of my April plan with me bujo spreads!

What I used this month:Â
You can use my affiliate codes to purchase stationery at the following stores:
The cover page features a cutout window that shows the famous Starry Night painting by Vincent van Gogh. I used a gold Pilot Juice paint marker to draw a golden frame to make it look like a framed art piece. The page is kept simple with a stamped monthly header below the artwork.Â
The quote has to fit inside the square window, so that none of the words are blocked when I flip the page over. Since I could not find any quote short enough, I chose a phrase from the song “Vincent” by Don McLean, which matches the Starry Night artwork. Then, I finished the page by adding textured papers, washi tapes and glittery star stickers to frame the quote.
I drew a simple golden frame to add a border around the quote that peeks through the window cutout. There isn’t much space for a calendar, so I made a small section to keep track of important events on the page on the left.Â
For the page on the right, I added some lines to use the area for setting the month’s intentions.Â
The first weekly spread is inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s sunflower paintings. I veered away from the blue colour scheme used in the previous spreads, and used lots of yellows instead for this spread. The daily sections are set up on the page on the right, while I used the page on the left for setting the week’s priorities and gratitude logging.Â
This month’s free printable titled At The Museum is inspired by museum artworks and famous artists. You can find framed paintings, quote cards and faux washi tape strips in this set.
As always, feel free to tag me on Instagram (@hay.studio) if you share any of your creations that contain my free printables; I would love to see them. Happy journaling!
