HAY, how art you? Welcome to my October bujo setup 2025, where I’m embracing the enchanting theme of “Butterfly Mail.” This month’s spreads feature delicate butterflies adorned across vintage-inspired postage stamps, creating a nostalgic yet whimsical atmosphere throughout my journal. The colour palette centres around soft, neutral pastels that evoke the gentle flutter of butterfly wings against aged parchment. Join me as I walk through each spread of this setup!

This theme was inspired by The Washi Tape Shop’s Stamped Wings washi sticker set, which includes vintage-inspired butterfly stamps, butterfly cutouts and floral elements. The stickers are so beautiful and helped me set up this month’s spreads quickly! I went for a stamp gallery vibe for the cover page by pasting the stamp stickers all over a piece of text ephemera paper.Â
For the quote page, I kept it simple by centralising the quote, and framing the corners with butterfly stickers and torn papers.
The monthly log has a boxed calendar and two sections for setting the month’s intentions and to-do list. I used the butterfly postal stamp stickers again to decorate the header area to keep the style consistent; it helps save time on designing a new collage style too!
As for October’s first weekly spread, I went for a simple layout with seven square boxes for each daily section. Since I had quite a bit of space left, I set up a little corner for gratitude logging on the right page.Â
